Paint Replacement Membrane (WSM1) combines the water-proofing attributes of membranes, the flexibility of rubber, and the finished look of premium elastomeric paint. The finished coating acts just like a skin on your walls and can be tinted to a full spectrum of colours. Texture can also be added to the coating to achieve a stucco-like finish.
The wall coating experiences less than 1% fade in exterior applications. The coating is also anti-bacterial, anti-microbial, and fungus resistant with zero VOC’s after curing and extremely low VOC’s during application.
Below Ground Membrane (WSM2) is a high performance acrylic elastomeric coating formulated for protecting ICF Construction foam foundations, concrete foundations, wood and metal components, and sprayed-in-place polyurethane foam coated oil tanks from physical degradation through weathering and UV radiation.
Tank & Vessel Membrane (WSM3) is a proprietary high-performance acrylic elastomeric membrane, formulated to bond and last on virtually all exterior holding tank and vessel surfaces!
WSM3 provides superior protection to its substrate against frost,
brutal cold, expansion and contraction, extreme heat, rusting and holds strong against impact. WSM3 is ideal for revitalizing your above ground tank or vessel.
Metal Roof Membrane (WSM4) 2-coat system remains flexible throughout its life-span preventing hairline cracks that are common problems with other coatings. It is also solar reflective which means long-term savings, especially on structures that rely on cooling and air-conditioning.
This product is designed specifically for the abrupt weather changes that can occur in New Brunswick, which cause metal to expand and contract continuously through the day. It is meant to experience an ice blizzard and blistering sun in the same 24 hours and not be harmed.
Flat Roof Membrane (WSM6) is a liquid applied, water-proof roof protection membrane, with an interwoven high tensile fabric throughout. The system allows for substrate movement, accommodates sudden temperature fluctuations, and creates a strong U.V protective barrier. WSM6 remains mold, mildew, fungi and algae resistant through-out its life-time.
WSM6 also reflects ultra-violet light and cuts down the energy costs of a building over its lifespan. The roof is rated for over 140 freeze/thaw cycles per year, meaning it will outlive other roof systems virtually anywhere on the planet.
Mining and Safety Membrane (WSM8) is a proprietary high-performance acrylic elastomeric membrane, formulated to bond and last on virtually all surfaces you find in mining operations, and is safe for application in confined spaces.
It provides superior protection to its substrate against frost, brutal cold, extreme heat, expansion and contraction, and holds strong against impact. WSM8 is ideal for protecting your structures against water intrusion. It comes with a fire resistance additive built in for added security.

Interior Epoxy (WS102) is highly flexible, abrasion resistant, chemical resistant, self-leveling, with zero-emissions, and a long working time. It is 100% hard curing (no shrink) and has zero VOC (volatile organic compounds) content and zero HAPS (hazardous airborne pollutants) making it the perfect coating for the food, drug, and agricultural industries.

Exterior Epoxy (WS103) contains proprietary UV blockers that keep the coating from yellowing in high sun exposed areas. It is 100% hard curing (no shrink) and has zero VOC (volatile organic compounds) content and zero HAPS (hazardous airborne pollutants) making it the perfect coating for the food, drug, and agricultural industries.

Polyaspartic (WS107) is suggested for applications that require fast dry times and turn-around times on jobs, like a retail mall-space, industrial space, or food processing establishment.

spray-on coatings
1-Coat Marine Grade Epoxy (Spray Grade) has an incredible 6 hour pot-life! Using a conventional airless sprayer, applicators can now spray vertical surfaces, flat surfaces, and curved surfaces with ease.
It is a two component, phenalkamine epoxy designed for applications where excellent corrosion, moisture and water barrier properties are required. It will cure at temperatures as low as -12°C in the presence of moisture. This product is especially suitable for marine and water submerged applications.
Typical uses include: Barges, drilling rigs, pools, truck bays, car washes, public restrooms, locker rooms, non-potable tank interiors, heavy duty structural, piping and any substrates requiring a high wash cycle finish.
Sprayable Multi-Surface Urethane is a high-build acrylic urethane with excellent adhesion to both metal and concrete substrates. Sufficient film build can be achieved with a single coat application. It is a high build isocyanate cured acrylic urethane for industrial applications requiring excellent weathering, corrosion and chemical resistance.
Typical uses include; railcar exteriors, water-towers, storage tanks, protective flooring or concrete top coating, wash-bay surfaces and structural steel.
Multi-Surface Acrylic Sealer is ideal for projects where easy application and economy are important. They can be used on both interior and exterior surfaces to form a thin, protective film that provides good protection against water and chloride intrusion while permitting moisture in the slab to escape.
It has an excellent weather ability, is UV resistant, and has a non-yellowing resistance. It can reduce dust formation, to protect substrate from contamination. Available in clear color with a glossy finish it has a wet look.
High-Traffic Sprayable Polyurethane (WSM9) has an amazing resistance to water, temperature, and UV light. With its environmentally friendly chemistry, it became the perfect wall and ceiling coating for rooms that require heavy wash cycles, need to remain sterile and experience heavy traffic.
The most common spaces that incorporate the coating onto their walls and ceilings are agricultural buildings, hospitals, food production facilities, government institutions, car wash bays, and schools.
Sprayable Magnesium-Oxide Board Membrane (WSM7) is a proprietary high-performance acrylic elastomeric membrane, formulated to bond and last on virtually all surfaces, including the smooth glass-like surface of magnesium oxide panels.
